Valiance Clinical Research was founded in November 2019 by a group of experienced physicians and research coordinators who shared a vision: to create a clinical research organization that advances medicine with both excellence and heart. Inspired by the desire to close gaps in the industry—where efficiency and rigor often came at the expense of transparency and patient focus—we set out to build something different.
From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies through integrity, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
The first few months were both exciting and challenging. Building a new organization from the ground up meant long days, constant learning, and an unwavering focus on quality. Our small but dedicated founding team laid the foundation for what Valiance would become, fostering a culture of resilience, collaboration, and accountability.
One of our proudest early milestones came during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, when we were awarded our first study and, on December 10, 2020, randomized our very first subject. Achieving that breakthrough under such challenging circumstances remains a defining moment in our history.
Since then, Valiance has grown from a small startup into a trusted partner in the clinical research community. We’ve expanded our team, refined our processes, and broadened our expertise across multiple therapeutic areas. Through every stage of growth, we’ve stayed true to our mission—balancing scientific rigor with compassion and integrity.
Our journey hasn’t been without challenges. Launching during a global pandemic tested our adaptability and determination. We overcame these obstacles by leaning on our experience, building strong safety practices, and never losing sight of our values.
Along the way, we’ve achieved milestones we’re deeply proud of: completing our first studies, building trusted partnerships with sponsors and investigators, and earning the return of partners who value our quality and care. Most importantly, we’ve never lost focus on the patients who make research possible.
